Concessionaire

On occasion, we may utilize third party concessionaire vendors.  For consideration, please e-mail us your concession name, menu items and pricing, electrical requirements, size and type of trailer, photographs and previous shows that you have participated in. 

The Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority maintains a sponsorship agreement with Great Plains Bottling Company (Coca-Cola).  The agreement prohibits the display of any sign, banners, cups or public address announcements that promote or advertise competing soft drinks products of Coca-Cola or other beverages distributed by the Great Plains Bottling Company. 

In addition, the agreement prohibits the sale or dispensing of any competing soft drinks distributed by Great Plains in any of the facilities parking lots or property controlled by TCPFA.  The prohibition to advertise, promote, sell or distribute competing soft drink products of Coca-Cola and the Great Plains Bottling Company applies to lessees, sub lessees, and any exhibitor or concessionaire associated with the Expo Square, Tulsa State Fair, Expo Food and Beverage Services and Exposerve Management Corporation.
