Expo Square Food and Beverage Services is currently seeking applications for:

Catering Manager

Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years Food & Beverage Experience in a high volume, upscale catering environment, and will have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, (or equivalent food and beverage management training).

Candidate must possess: a high level of computer experience to implement and maintain service training manuals; have good organizational skills; a high energy level; proven leadership skills; an excellent track record; and experience in maintaining high standards. We are looking for an individual who wants to be a member of a close knit team.

The candidate will be hands-on self starter, community involved, and will be able to work evenings and weekends during special events. Work week will be Wednesday through Sunday 70% of the time and will be Tuesday through Saturday 30% of the time.
