KANSAS will be performing at the Oklahoma Stage on Friday, September 28, 2007, at the Tulsa State Fair presented by Ford!

KANSAS, one of the leading rock bands of the 70’s and 80’s, will be celebrating the 30th Anniversary of their classic album Point of Know Return, which became KANSAS’ highest-ever charting album, peaking at #4 on the Billboard charts. In addition, the album achieved quite another accomplishment; it was KANSAS’ second quadruple platinum release in a row, as it followed up another mega-hit album, Leftoverture.

KANSAS has scored eight gold albums, three multi-platinum albums, one of which was Point of Know Return, and a platinum live album. Several of their most recognizable songs include the anthem “Carry on Wayward Son” and the ballad “Dust in the Wind” which has sold a million copies as a single.

To commemorate their accomplishments, the group KANSAS – which consists of members Steve Walsh (vocals, keyboards), Rich Williams (guitar), David Ragsdale (violin, guitar), Billy Greer (bass, vocals), and Phil Ehart (drums) – has launched a new look to their official website www.kansasband.com; including streaming song samples of all the tracks on Point of Know Return.
