Dear Applicant:
Please read the instructions below before completing the application. We had close to a million walk through our gates in 2007. We are looking forward to a great 2008 with two new facilities and a renovated midway. Applications will be reviewed in March for placement. Please contact me with any questions.
Follow the instruction below to complete the application:
- This is an application for space rental not a lease agreement.

Please answer all questions completely and accurately; applications that are incomplete will not be considered.

Please list each item individually that will be sold or displayed in your booth.
- Food concessionaires, please list each food item and beverage sold. Please be specific as this will determine availability.

Please submit a recent photo of your booth, stand or trailer or a schematic drawing.
- Concessionaires please be specific in size of trailer. Please include size of unit with hitch if not removable and with awnings open.
- Please include how many sides you will serve from.
- If using a tent with stakes please give total footprint.
- Please fill out both sides of the application and sign.
