What is the inclement weather policy?

There are many entertainment options at the Tulsa State Fair, both indoors and outdoors. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.

What types of payment are accepted?

The fair accepts cash and all major credit cards:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How much is admission?

Monday thru Thursday, Adult admission is $8. Friday thru Sunday Adult admission is $10. A discounted ticket of $6 is available for military and those ages 62 and over; proper identification must be presented. Children ages 5 to 12 are also $6. Children under 5 are free.

Beginning Monday, September 1 – Monday, September 22, Advance Gate Admission Tickets can be purchased at area QuikTrips, as well as online at www.tulsastatefair.com, over the phone at (918) 376-6000, or in person at Expo Ticket Xpress, located at the SW corner of the Pavilion. Advance Tickets are sold in a book of 4 for only $24.

Is there a senior discount?

Senior tickets are only $6 for guests 62 and over; proper identification must be presented at time of purchase.

Is there a military discount?

Military tickets are only $6; proper military identification must be presented at time of purchase.

Is there RV overnight parking available?

There are limited RV spaces available, on first-come basis. For more information regarding the RV Park, please call (918) 744-1113, ext. 2154, or email rvpark@exposquare.com.

Are ATM’s available on the fairgrounds?

ATM’s are located throughout the grounds. Please see the grounds map in for locations. Personal checks will not be accepted or cashed.

Are strollers available at the Tulsa State Fair?

Strollers can be rented from an independent vendor at multiple locations. Please see the grounds map for locations. All rentals are on a first-come basis.  Advance reservations are accepted online at www.htmia.com.  Phone reservations are also accepted but an additional fee will apply.

MEGA RIDE Pass

How much is a Mega Ride Pass?

Mega Ride Passes available beginning Friday, August 1 thru Sunday, September 14, for $70, and Monday, September 15, thru Sunday, October 5, for $75. You can purchase your Mega Ride Pass and have your photo ID made at Expo Ticket Xpress beginning Friday, August 1. The Mega Ride Office, located at the south side of Fair Meadows, will be open beginning Monday, September 15. Photo identifications will be made Monday, September 15, thru Sunday, October 5, at the Fair Meadows location.

What does The Mega Ride Pass include?

The Mega Ride Pass includes unlimited rides for all 11 days of the fair as well as Gate Admission. All midway rides are included; excludes Extreme Rides. One Mega Ride Pass per person; non-refundable and non-transferable.

How does the Mega Ride Pass work?

Once the Mega Ride Pass has been purchased and your photo identification is made, any day an individual would like to attend the fair; they must have their Mega Ride Photo ID with them. Pass holders will take their ID to the nearest Mega Ride Wristband Redemption location at the Ford Truck Arena Ticket Office or SW of the Pavilion and be given a wristband for that day. This wristband will get them unlimited rides all day. Extreme Rides are not included with this wristband. A new wristband must be obtained each day.

Is a Mega Ride Pass the same price for all ages?

The Mega Ride Pass is the same price regardless of age. Please refer to ride details before purchasing a Mega Ride Pass.

What day is the Mega Ride Pass valid?

The Mega Ride Pass is good for all 11 days of the fair; Thursday, September 25 – Sunday, October5, 2014.

When does the Mega Ride Pass go on sale?

The Mega Ride Pass goes on sale Friday, August 1. It can be purchased online, over the phone at (918) 376-6000 or at Expo Ticket Xpress, located at the SW corner of the Pavilion. The Mega Ride Office, located at the south side of Fair Meadows, will open Monday, September 15.

Ride coupons are $1 per ticket.

Is the Sky Ride included in the Mega Ride Pass?

The Sky Ride is not included in the Mega Ride Pass. The cost for the Sky Ride is $3 for One-Way, $6 for Round-Trip.

When is the Miss Tulsa State Fair pageant?

Miss Tulsa State Fair Pageant is opening night, Thursday, September 25, at 6:30pm, on the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Stage in the River Spirit Expo Lower Level.

When is Golden Age Celebration?

In 2014, we will not have a specific event for celebrating Golden Anniversaries.  In an effort to recognize all Seniors and provide a greater impact to our community, the Tulsa State Fair is offering Seniors (62+) FREE Gate Admission until 2pm, on Tuesday, September 30, as part of our Family Fest Promotion.

When is Senior Citizen Day?

Seniors, age 62 and over, receive FREE Gate Admission until 2pm, Tuesday, September 30, as part of the Family Fest Promotion.  However, everyday senior citizens (62+) receive a discounted Gate Admission of $6 per person; valid ID required.
 

COMPETITIVE EXHIBITS

When is the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show?

The Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show is Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28. It will be located it the River Spirit Expo Lower Level, from 10am – 10pm, on Saturday, and 10am – 6pm, on Sunday.

What are the deadlines for Competitive Exhibits?

All Competitive Exhibits entries must be submitted by Friday, August 29, 2014.
CASI Chili Cook-Off entries are submitted Saturday, October 4, 2014.

Where are Competitive Exhibits located?

Competitive Exhibits will be on display in Central Park Hall. Culinary will be on display in the River Spirit Expo Lower Level.

What is will call?

If you purchase your tickets within a week of the performance, or choose will call when purchasing online or over the phone, your tickets will be waiting for you at Expo Ticket Xpress, located at the SW corner of the Pavilion.

Where is the Ticket Office located?

Expo Ticket Xpress is located on the SW corner of the Pavilion; 1701 South Louisville, Tulsa, OK 74112.

What are the Ticket Office hours?

Expo Ticket Xpress is open 9am – 6pm, Monday through Friday, and 10am – 2pm, on Saturday. During the Tulsa State Fair, ticket office hours are 9am – 9pm, daily.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

You can pick your tickets up at Expo Ticket Xpress, located in the SW corner of the Pavilion.

Where can I pick up my tickets during the fair?

You are always welcome to pick up your tickets at Expo Ticket Xpress, located in the SW corner of the Pavilion. But, for convenience purposes, during the fair, you can pick up your tickets at any entrance into the Fair. Every entrance will have at least one automated ticket booth with a computer; they will print your tickets for you.

Ticket prices range from $20 – $40 per person. Each ticket includes Gate Admission into the fair for the performance day, as well as admission into Disney On Ice; all tickets are reserved seating.

OK STAGE

Is the seating for Oklahoma Stage reserved or general admission?

The first few rows closest to the stage are part of the River Spirit VIP Section and require an additional ticket, which includes Gate Admission, but are reserved seating a first-come basis. The remainder of the seats are general admission seating with paid Gate Admission.

Can I attend the concert without buying a River Spirit VIP Section ticket?

Your Gate Admission ticket allows you to enjoy the concert without purchasing a River Spirit VIP Section ticket.

Does my gate admission get me into the concert?

Your Gate Admission ticket allows you to enjoy the concert. However, there are limited chairs available.

Is fair admission included with the Oklahoma Stage VIP tickets?

Fair admission is included with all Oklahoma Stage River Spirit VIP Section tickets for the performance day only.

What is the cost for the Fair Transit System?

The Fair Transit System (FTS) is a free shuttle service that the Tulsa State Fair provides for you. It’s the best way to enjoy the fair and not have to worry about finding a parking spot.

The Fair Transit System (FTS) drops you off and picks you up in the circle drive located west of the Pavilion.
