Insurance and Workers Compensation Requirements
Each vendor must provide the State of Oklahoma with proof of general liability insurance of
no less than $1,000,000. Food concessionaires, rides, games and exotic animals will require
additional coverage. Each vendor who hires employees must provide a copy of workers
compensation insurance. If no employees are hired an exemption form must be signed and on file
with the Tulsa State Fair, Independent Contractor forms are available if applicable. These forms are available on the website if space is awarded. Insurance Is Not Required At Time Of Application.
