- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- ¾ Cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 Packages Shawnee Mills "Peppered Country Gravy Mix"
- 2 Teaspoons Beef Bouillon
- 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- Hot Buttered Egg Noodles
Prepare meatballs by mixing together ground beef, bell pepper, onion, bread crumbs, pepper, salt and egg. Form into balls and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
Prepare sauce by mixing gravy as package directs, in a large sauté pan. Add beef bouillon and netmeg. Bring to boil, lower heat.
Add meatballs to sauté pan. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil egg noodles as package directs. Top with 1 tablespoon butter, toss to coat.
Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles.
