The Rules and Regulations govern all sections in the Competitive Exhibits Adult Division and Competitive Exhibits Junior Division. 

• Entry form must be filled out completely
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted
  • This rule will be strictly enforced

• Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations of the Tulsa State Fair
• All work must be completed by the exhibitor only
• Do not leave sacks, supplies, or other materials used to transport your exhibit
• Entries must be submitted with a Tulsa State Fair entry form or completed online
• Only one entry per class
  • No entry fee refunds will be given
• Exhibitors are not allowed to interfere, in any way, with the Superintendent or Judge in the performance of their duties.
  • Violations will cause forfeiture of premiums awarded
  • Offending exhibitor  will be excluded from exhibition
• Superintendents have been instructed to reclassify an entry if it does not fit the classification entered by the exhibitor

• An effort should be made to sign and date your items in an inconspicuous spot
  • Names will be covered during judging
• The Tulsa State Fair is not responsible for items mailed
  • Items must be brought and picked up in person
• Management reserves the right to exclude from exhibition any article which is deemed:
  • Inappropriate
• The Tulsa State Fair reserves the privilege of displaying or not displaying articles based on space availability
  • Articles not displayed will be set back for the exhibitor to pick up at the conclusion of the Fair
• Management will use all diligence and every precaution to insure the safety of articles after arrival and during exhibition
  • The Tulsa State Fair is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur
• All judging in the Competitive Exhibits Adult and Junior Division will be complete before the Fair opens
  • Placement will not be given over the phone
• All photographs taken of exhibitors, demonstrators and entries become the property of the Tulsa State Fair and may be used for promotional reasons
• Employees of the Competitive Exhibits area of the Tulsa State Fair may not exhibit in any department in which they are employed
