Space Application-This application is required for anyone wishing to participate in the Tulsa State Fair. Applications are accepted through opening day, and must be submitted on a yearly basis.
Rental Rate Information-Commercial Buildings which include the Expo Center and Exchange Center are $97.50 per front foot, Independent Midway locations are $91.00 per front foot, an additional $50.00 fee is charged per 5 foot increments for any depth over 10 feet. Corner locations are an additional $100.00. This applies only to Commercial exhibits. Concessionaire rates are $65.00 per front foot against a percentage; 25% located in a Commercial Building and 20% located on the Independent Midway. Bulk space begins at 1,201 square feet; please refer to the Rental Rates section for pricing. Please call for rates on Independent Games, Rides and Extreme Rides.
Rules and Regulations-The Commercial Space Sales Rules and Regulations Handbook contains pertinent information on operational procedures and important timelines for Commercial and Concessionaire exhibitors. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself and your staff with these rules and regulations.
Facility Maps-These include printable layouts of the Expo Center, Exchange Center, Central Park Hall, Independent Midway and the State Fair. Printable layouts of all zoned areas w/exhibitor legends are also available.
Service Vendor Packages-This section is available to the vendors who offer a service to our concessionaires, such as produce, meat etc. This application must be completed and submitted by August 3, 2013.
Service Forms-These are services that exhibitors may purchase. The Service Form includes; Electric, Plumbing, Telephone, Reserved Parking, Internet, Signs/Banners. Separate applications include; Golf Cart permits, Supply Truck Parking, Insurance, Rentals, RV Park, Marketing Opportunities, Badge Request, Booth Display Diagram, Drawing Application, Concessionaire Menu and Payment Form.
