Buses should enter Gate 1, off 21st Street and next to the Inn at Expo Square; follow the OLC Parking signs.
School buses will unload and load on the South side of Central Park Hall.
Check-in is from 9am - 10:30am. All teachers, students and chaperones must arrive by 10:30am. If you register as one group, you must check-in as one group. If your group does not arrive by 10:30am, you will have to enter through the main gate and pay full priced gate admission, which can be found under the General Information tab. Students need to remain on the bus until their teacher has checked in.

If your invoice total changes after September 21, 2018, please bring your original registration form marked with the appropriate changes to check-in.
Buses will be parked at Fair Meadows Infield, traffic direction will be provided and must be followed. Chaperones may park in the Gate 1 Lot or in Fair Meadows Infield.
To avoid the $10.00 parking fee, all OLC vehicles MUST be in the parking lot by 10:30am. Any vehicle after this point must pay $10 to park.
Teachers should drop off lunches as they unload their buses. Lunches need to be in a box or cooler, labeled on the outside with the teacher and school name. Refrigeration/Coolers are not available. Lunches can be picked up beginning at 11am. At 12:45pm, coolers and boxes will be returned to the drop off location and are available to be picked up when exiting the fair.
Limited picnic tables are available at Central Park Hall; however there are several outdoor picnic areas throughout the grounds for your class to sit and enjoy their lunch.
- Encourage students to wear similar shirts to make them easy to identify
- Give each student a name tag with teacher name, school and school phone number
- Print out a list of the Learning Centers for each chaperone
