Poultry Show Exhibitors

Location: Poultry will be located in Super Duty Arena.

Arrival: Poultry may begin arriving on Friday, September 26th at 8am and must be in place on Saturday, September 27th at 8am

Poultry Superintendent Office Location: The Poultry Show Office is located in Super Duty Arena.

Coops: Coops will be provided and assigned.

Care of Poultry: All birds will be cooped, fed and watered by the owner. Owner must bring his/her own feed and supplies to properly feed and water their birds while at the show.

Release: Exhibitors must obtain a written release before retrieving trailer or leaving the property with animals. Visit the Poultry Show Office to obtain your animal release. All poultry must be out of the barn by Sunday, September 28 at 7pm.

broiler Exhibitors

Location: Poultry will be located in Super Duty Arena.

Arrival: Broilers may begin arriving on Tuesday, September 30th at 8am. They must be in place by Wednesday, October 1st at 8am.

Poultry Superintendent Office Location: The Poultry Show Office is located in Super Duty Arena.

Judging: Judging of Broilers will begin at 1pm on Wednesday, October 1st.

Coops: Coops will be provided and assigned.

Care of Poultry: All birds will be cooped, fed and watered by the owner. Owner must bring his/her own feed and supplies to properly feed and water their birds while at the show.

Release: All poultry must be out of the barn by Wednesday, October 1st by 8pm.
