FRAUDULENT COMMUNICATION ALERT

Please be aware of fraudulent communication from individuals falsely claiming to represent the Tulsa State Fair. Official communications will only come through authorized representatives and established channels.

Tulsa State Fair will never request payment through a Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, or similar account.

If you receive communication you are unsure about, please verify it directly with our team at jcollier@exposquare.com.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

Services provided include Law Enforcement, Fire Department, EMT and Lost Child Program. Services may be obtained immediately by calling security at (918) 744-1113, ext. 2142, or reporting the situation to any radio-equipped security officer or patrol.

Momentum refresh - Accessible mobile restroom

In partnership with the Developmental Disabilities Council of Oklahoma, the Tulsa State Fair is proud to continue our accessibility and inclusion efforts by bringing Momentum Refresh back to the Fair. Momentum Refresh is the first universally designed, fully accessible and ADA-compliant mobile restroom in the United States. The unit includes both a universally designed accessible restroom as well as a lactation and calming room.

Momentum Refresh sets a new standard for accessibility by offering features specifically designed for people with disabilities, veterans, aging adults and seniors, families, and others with limited mobility or personal caregiving needs. The restroom includes:

  • Peninsular toilet with bidet, including adjustable grab bars
  • Powered, height-adjustable adult-size changing table
  • Overhead powered ceiling hoist for safe transfers
  • Powered, height-adjustable sink
  • ADA-compliant ramps for ease of access
  • Lactation and sensory-friendly room
  • Adequate personal caregiver space
  • Attendant staff for safety, assistance, and continuous cleaning

PRESENTED BY TULSAKIDS

Located Southwest of the SageNet Center Main South Lobby. This is a family-friendly area to attend to family needs, featuring diaper changing areas and rocking chairs.

RECHARGE ROOMS

Two Recharge Room locations are available during the Fair for guests who need a break from the crowds and sensory environment. These are quiet, low-stimulation spaces open to all guests of all ages, no explanation needed.

Location 1: SageNet Center West Conference Room

Location 2: Central Park Hall Upper Meeting Room

Both spaces offer comfortable seating and a calm environment to rest, regroup, and recharge. Please keep voices low, phones on silent, and food and strong scents outside the space. Stay as long as you need. The Recharge Room spaces are developed and staffed in partnership with Square Holes, an Oklahoma City-based neurodiversity consulting organization.

Hours: Open During Building Hours

Sensory Comfort Items: Guests are encouraged to bring items that support their comfort, including noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, fidgets, or any other tools that help.

STROLLERS & WHEELCHAIRS

HomeTown Mobility is accepting reservations for the 2026 Tulsa State Fair; there is a $5 processing fee for all call-in reservations. Reservations will ONLY be accepted for full day scooter and wheelchair rentals. However, a limited number of wheelchairs and scooters will be held for walk-up customers on a first-come basis. Reservations must be made prior to 5pm, the day before; a driver’s license or state ID is required at pick-up for all rentals. Cancellations must be made prior to 5pm, 2 days before reservation to receive a full refund, less a $5 cancellation processing fee.

HomeTown Mobility Rentals

HomeTown Mobility is now accepting reservations online at www.htmia.com or by calling 1-712-938-2029 from 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, there is an additional $10 call in processing fee for all reservations done over the phone. We are also open 7 days a week during the fair/event to answer questions or assist with a call-in reservation. As always, we hold a limited number of wheelchairs and scooters for walk-up customers on a first-come first-serve basis. Reservations are encouraged and need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. A driver’s license or a state ID are required for all rentals. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, minus a $5 cancellation fee per rental unit.

FIRST AID

Located at the south side of the Exchange Center.

Designated Smoking Areas

Designated smoking areas are located north of International Beer Garden, north of the SageNet Center, east of Entertainment Tent West, southeast of Security Building and west of the Oklahoma Stage.

LOST CHILDREN OFFICE

Lost children should be advised to find the nearest Tulsa County Sheriff Officer or Tulsa State Fair Security Officer, wearing shirts marked Security. Lost children can be picked up at the Lost Children Office, located upstairs in Central Park Hall.

EXPO TICKET XPRESS

Tickets for all special events, including Disney On Ice, Mega Ride Pass and Oklahoma Stage VIP Section are available for purchase in the SW corner of the Pavilion, online or by phone at (918) 376-6000.

GUEST SERVICE HEADQUARTERS

Tulsa State Fair Administration Offices serves as the Guest Services Headquarters during the Tulsa State Fair and is located in the southwest corner of the SageNet Center.
