2024 Vendor Space Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Tulsa State Fair, September 26 – October 6.

Please begin with completing our online application. You will receive an email notifying you that you have successfully completed the form.

Prior year exhibitors in good standing are typically offered first right of refusal for the following year.

Many applications are considered for a limited number of space opportunities.

As booths become available, appropriate applications will be selected from the pool of submissions.

New applicants are selected based on the following factors:

  • availability of space
  • balance of similar products or services around the fairgrounds
  • booth presentation and appearance
  • experience at other fairs or events
  • uniqueness of product or service

The review process will begin May 1, 2024.
