2021 Vendor Space Application

The review process begins May 1, 2021.

You will receive an email by the tenth of each month notifying you that your application has been accepted, denied, or still under review. If you don't receive an email from me by the 10th of the Month, please email me the next business day, as to make sure your information is on file.

Insurance & Workers Compensation Requirements

Each vendor must provide the State of Oklahoma with proof of general liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000. Food concessionaires, rides, games and exotic animals will require additional coverage. Each vendor who hires employees must provide a copy of workers compensation insurance. If no employees are hired an exemption form must be signed and on file with the Tulsa State Fair, Independent Contractor forms are available if applicable. These forms are available on the website if space is awarded.

Merchandise Items/Services/Food Menu

All merchandise items or services to be offered, sold, demonstrated or exhibited in your space must be listed on this application. Space is offered and assigned on the basis of this list. Once a lease agreement is issued for the 2020 Tulsa State Fair, items in your space that have not been authorized on your lease agreement are subject to removal at the discretion of Fair Officials. Gifts, novelties and souvenir items must be individually and specifically listed. Please list all merchandise and service(s) you will be selling. Concessionaires please list all food and beverage including prices.
