Position Summary:

Paid Parking Attendants are responsible for selling parking tickets to guests attending the Tulsa State Fair. This position involves direct interaction with the public and requires strong customer service, cash handling, and communication skills. Parking Attendants help ensure a smooth and friendly guest experience, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Primary Duties & Objectives:

• Sell Parking Tickets using the Clover Flex Hand-Held Device
• Accurately process cash and credit card payments
• Reconcile and balance all transactions with a supervisor at the end of each shift
• Maintain a friendly, clean, and safe working environment for guests and co-workers
• Provide clear communication and assistance to guests entering the parking area
• Follow all operational procedures and guidelines

Abilities & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong math skills and prior cash handling experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high guest volume
• Must wear the uniform provided by Tulsa State Fair

Supervision:

• Reports to Ticketing Operations Management

• Walking and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to outdoor elements: Heat, Cold, Rain, Etc.
• Fast-paced and guest-focused environment
