HORSE SHOW EXHIBITORS
Horse Show will begin each day at 9 am
Arrival: All vehicles hauling livestock must enter through Gate 7 located on 15th Street between Yale and Harvard. The physical address is: 4000 East 21st Street, Tulsa, OK 74112. Gate 7 is open from 6 am - 10 pm. No animals will be allowed to enter the grounds while Gate 7 is closed.
Horses may begin arriving on Friday, October 6 at 8 am and must be in place on Friday, October 6 by 10 pm.
Horse Show Office Location: The Horse Show Office is located on the left inside the north overhead door of the Pavilion.
Stalls: Stalls will be assigned upon arrival.
Check In: Please check in at the Horse Show Office upon arrival to pick up your exhibitor packet which will contain your back tags.
Release: Exhibitors must obtain a written release before retrieving trailer or leaving the property with animals. Visit the Horse Show Office to obtain your animal release. All horses must be out of the barn on Sunday, October 8 by 8 pm.
