General GOAT EXHIBITOR information


Goat Superintendent Office: Located on the south end of the Ranger Arena.

Pens: Pens should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Pens are 10' x 10' horse stalls. Meat Goats will be penned in the Bronco Barn. Exhibitors will be responsible for bringing their own dividers if needed. No curtains or enclosures permitted on the front, sides, or top of stalls.

Generators:
Generators are encouraged. All generators and fuel must be placed and operated outside of the barn. Reminder, each electric outlet in the Bronco Barn is 20amp. Single blowers need 20amp. More than 20amp running at a time on each electric outlet will blow the breaker. If needing to report a blown breaker, please fill out the form here: https://bit.ly/ElectricalBreaker

Trailer Parking: Trailer parking will be located at 800 N 89th East Ave. The trailer parking lot is NOT an all weather terrain. Please plan accordingly and bring a block for your trailer. Click here to view the map.

Animal Handling Devices/Equipment: Pronged/spike chains are prohibited for all species.



Junior meat goat exhibitors

Backtags: Backtags will be available for pickup from the Goat Superintendent Office located in Ranger Arena.

CHECK IN: Weights for ALL market goats are due Monday, September 29 by 7pm. The QR Code on your back tag(s) will take you directly to the link to check in. YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR BACKTAG FROM THE GOAT SUPERINTENDENT OFFICE LOCATED IN RANGER ARENA PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

SHOWMANSHIP: You must check-in for showmanship before 7pm on Monday, September 29 at the Goat Superintendent Office located on the south side of Bronco Barn. You will be provided a t-shirt that must be worn during the showmanship competition. Market Goat Showmanship will take place beginning at 9am on Tuesday, September 30th in Ranger arena.

Junior Market Animal Residue Avoidance: Please adhere to the Tulsa State Fair's Residue Avoidance Policies located here.

Junior Breeding Doe exhibitors

Backtags: Backtags will be available for pickup from the Goat Superintendent Office located in Ranger Arena.

Arrival: Junior breeding does may begin arriving on Thursday, October 2nd at 8am. They must be in place by Friday, October 3rd by 4pm.

CHECK IN: Weights must be turned in on Friday, October 3 by 4 pm online. The QR Code on your back tag(s) will take you directly to the link to check in. YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR BACKTAG FROM THE GOAT SUPERINTENDENT OFFICE LOCATED IN RANGER ARENA PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

You will be provided a t-shirt that must be worn during the showmanship competition. Showmanship will take place at 2pm on Friday, October 3rd in Ranger arena.

Dairy Goat Exhibitors


ARRIVAL: Dairy goats may begin arriving on Wednesday, September 24th at 8am. They must be in place by by 4pm on Wednesday, September 25th.

RELEASE: Dairy goats are released at the conclusion of the show. They must be out of the barns by 12pm on Friday, September 26th.
