General GOAT EXHIBITOR information


Goat Superintendent Office: Located on the south end of the Ranger Arena.

Pens: Pens should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Pens are 10' x 10' horse stalls. Meat Goats will be penned in the Bronco Barn. Exhibitors will be responsible for bringing their own dividers if needed. No curtains or enclosures permitted on the front, sides, or top of stalls.

Generators:
Generators are encouraged. All generators and fuel must be placed and operated outside of the barn. Reminder, each electric outlet in the Bronco Barn is 20amp. Single blowers need 20amp. More than 20amp running at a time on each electric outlet will blow the breaker. If needing to report a blown breaker, please fill out the form here: https://bit.ly/ElectricalBreaker


Junior meat goat exhibitors


CHECK IN: Weights for market goats 74 lbs and under are due Monday, October 2 by 6pm. Weights for market goats 75lbs and over are due Tuesday, October 3 by 2pm. The QR Code on your back tag(s) will take you directly to the link to check in. YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR BACKTAG FROM THE CREDENTIAL STATION PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

SHOWMANSHIP: You must check-in for showmanship before 3pm on Monday, October 2nd at the Goat Superintendent office located on the south side of Bronco Barn. You will be provided a t-shirt that must be worn during the showmanship competition.

Junior Market Animal Residue Avoidance: Please adhere to the Tulsa State Fair's Residue Avoidance Policies located here.

Junior Breeding Doe exhibitors
