Vendor Service Order Form 2022

One form will accommodate up to three locations. Orders received after September 1, 2022, are subject to late fees. All new vendors booked after August 15, 2022, will be exempt from late fees. If purchasing electric for a supply truck, please specify under the Location tab. Additional forms are located on our website for Golf Cart permits, Supply Truck parking and Insurance coverage. Please refer to the Tulsa State Fair Rules and Regulations Handbook for additional information.

A Reserved Parking Pass is available for $200.00 per space; while supplies last.

Submit accurate electrical requirements; power is provided based on your submitted requirements; in the event electrical requirements change after September 15, 2022, and Tulsa State Fair is able to accommodate, a $250.00 charge will be assessed to make necessary adjustments. Vendors that are booked after August 15, 2022 deadline are exempt.

110 Volt One Pole Single Phase Service requires (3) Wire Cords.

220 Volt One Pole Single Phase Service requires (4) Wire Cords.

208 Volt One Pole Single Phase Service requires (5) Wire Cords.

A $50.00 Late Fee will apply after September 1.

Electrical

Please come with proper fittings for hook-up.

Vendors will have two (2) outlets per service ordered.

Vendors in the Commercial Buildings, excluding Concessionaires, are responsible for plugging into the nearest active utility box in their row; electrical boxes are located strategically and do not belong to any one booth.

Vendors are responsible for supplying UL – approved extension cords/power strips for electrical equipment and displays’ expect to supply a 15’ to 150’ cord.

Any additional services and supplies provided by TCPFA Electricians for hook-up will result in an additional charge to the vendor’s utility fee; it will be the vendor’s responsibility to submit payment at the Exhibitor Office, prior to service.

Vendors will be subject to costs for any and all damages that occur to TCPFA property in the event that proper utility requirements were not ordered.

Signage
No orders accepted after September 5, 2022.

Please submit information on placement of signage. All large signs, such as 3-sided, circular, etc., will need to be ready to hang with proper support, rope and swivel. All banners need to have conduit inserted in sleeve and grommets in order for banner to be hung properly.

All signage must be received by September 15, 2022, in designated booth.

All signage will be dropped in each booth on Monday morning following the Fair; please be available for pick-up. Any signage not picked up Monday will be subject to disposal.

TCPFA / Tulsa State Fair will not be held responsible for missing or damaged signage.
