CAN I COME TO THE EXPO PAVILION TICKET OFFICE TO BUY TICKETS?

Expo Ticket Xpress is located in the southwest corner of the Pavilion and is open 12pm – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

WHERE are my tickets purchaed online?

When purchasing tickets online, tickets will be automatically emailed to the email address provided. They may land in the spam or junk folder.

HOW CAN “STUBHUB.COM”, TICKETSNOW.COM”, ETC., ALREADY HAVE TICKETS FOR SALE AT INFLATED PRICES BEFORE THEY GO ON SALE AT “TULSASTATEFAIR.COM” or "Exposquare.com"?

Expo Square and the Tulsa State Fair do not provide tickets to these companies. These sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers don’t buy tickets themselves, they provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.

CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS?

Tickets may not be exchanged once purchased.

I NEED An ACCESSIBLE SEAT. CAN MY PARTY SIT TOGETHER?

ADA seating is available. Standard policy is one accessible seat plus one companion seat may be sold together.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO REQUIRE A TICKET?

Four and under qualify for FREE Gate Admission into the Tulsa State Fair. However, Disney on Ice requires a ticket for individuals two years old and over. If you prefer for your child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON A LARGE GROUP OF ATTENDEES?

Group discounts may be available at the permission of Tulsa State Fair Management. The number that is considered to be a group varies, please contact Expo Ticket Xpress for additional information, (918) 376-6000.

WHAT IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED?

In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

WHAT DO I DO if my tickets were lost or stolen?

Any lost or stolen ticket can be re-printed at Expo Ticket Xpress. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo ID will be required. Note: Barcodes on reprinted tickets cancel barcodes on previously-printed tickets.

IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable; all sales are final.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Expo Ticket Xpress accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards; no checks accepted.
