Supplier Information

We appreciate your cooperation and dedication to servicing the concessionaires at the Tulsa State Fair.

The Tulsa State Fair will open at 11am, Thursday, September 30, 2021.

Please review the three package levels and purchase the appropriate package that allows you to continue with your excellent service in providing product to our concessionaires

All golf carts operating within the buildings for deliveries must enter the building prior to 10am, daily, and must exit the buildings 30 minutes prior to opening. It is mandatory that all golf carts have exited the buildings before the public arrives.

A copy of the following items must be submitted with your application:
  • General Liability Insurance* - Coverage of $1,000,000.00
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance*
  • Automobile Insurance - If using a golf cart while on the premises
    *Must list Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority and Tulsa State Fair as additionally insured
If purchasing a golf cart permit(s) or utilities, please complete a Service Order Form, available on our website. A credit card authorization form is available if paying by credit card; 3% processing fee. Submit the application and order form with payment to Jessica Booth, jbooth@exposquare.com, on or before September 15, 2021.

Vendor Packets will be available for pick-up at the Vendor Office, located at the southeast corner of the Security Building:
  • September 20 - 24: 8am - 5pm
  • September 25 - 30: 8am - 7pm
  • October 1 - 11: 8am - 5pm

Semi-Permanent Supply Lot Location: Long-term supply lot parking for duration of Fair
Includes:
  • Allotted Space(s)
  • Delivery Hang Tag - Includes gate access prior to daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Hang Tag - Includes gate access during daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Gate Admission Tickets

Level 2
Rate: $500.00
Daily Supply Lot Access: No overnight parking in supply lot
Includes:
  • Allotted Daily Space(s)
  • Delivery Hang Tag - Includes gate access prior to daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Hang Tag - Includes gate access during daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Gate Admission Tickets

Level 3
Rate: $250.00
Daily On-Site Access: No supply lot parking
Includes:
  • Delivery Hang Tag - Includes gate access prior to daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Hang Tag - Includes gate access during daily operating hours; if applicable
  • Service Gate Admission Tickets
